How Our Guarantee Works

Due to the personal nature of sleep supplements, you don’t need to physically return products if you’re simply unsatisfied. Here’s how to request a refund:

  1. Contact us at info@getmiilk.com within 60 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for dissatisfaction.

  3. We’ll process your refund without requiring you to send the product back.

  4. Refunds are issued within 10 business days.

Returns & Exchanges (For Damaged or Incorrect Items)

While our money-back guarantee covers general dissatisfaction, we also accept returns and exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items:

  • Contact us at info@getmiilk.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • In these cases, we may request you to return the product. A pre-paid return label will be provided at no cost to you.

  • Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items only.

  • Refunds for these returns will be processed within 10 business days once the item is received.

Important Details

  • Refund requests must be made within 60 days of delivery.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags and packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
